How do you measure PH of the body....Saliva or urine.
Where do you get the litmus strips.

I assume you're referring to "pH of the body" relative to applying some sort
of homeopathic nostrum. In that case, look at

If you're referring to pH of the blood, which actually can have some
clinical relevance, then it has to be measured with a blood gas analyzer.
