Advantage trial created as promotional tool: Merck official

It seems to me that  Dr.  Lisse, the person who was the first author on the
trial should lose his academic post. He should never have been the first
author on a paper which he couldn't vouch for.

And maybe, he should have his medical license yanked, as well.
