I had a 5mm microadenoma secreting prolactin.  Prolactin level was 160.  I
took dostinex and was retested for prolactin.
Level went down to 8.

Question: How do I know if the 5mm microadenoma is still present.  Do you
assume that if the secretion is stopped that the tumor goes away.

You don't.  You need follow-up with the doctor who diagnosed the
adenoma.

Bob
