Do I have "water fluke"?

Ever since I got back from the Philippines (accidentally drank
the water a few times), I have been experiencing diarrhea multiple
times a day. I have been back for about 2 months now, and I'm still
getting diarrhea. How do I know if it is "water fluke" afflicting me?

Going to a doctor comes to mind....
