i am on an anticholinergic drug and have been suffering from dry mouth
and lips.  no matter how much water i drink, i still have this problem.
how do anticholinergic drugs affect the body's fluid balance (i.e. ICF
and ECF)?  if there is an imbalance, how can i correct it?

This has nothing to do with your level of hydration. One of the side effects
of anticholinergic drugs is that they decrease the amount of saliva you
make, making your mouth dry. You could have an IV goint at 1liter an hour
( a gallon every 4 hours), and you would still have a dry mouth.
