osteopaths and chiropractors

I just wish to point out that in the US, osteopaths have training similar to
that which MDs get.

I believe that in England and other countries, osteopaths are much more
similar to chiropractors and are not real physicians (unlike the US where
osteopaths are real physicians), so the osteopaths in England and the US are
different.
