I heard a news report last week that lots of young people are no longer
having regular sex but instead are engaging in oral sex since they believe
that it's safer. For example, they believe that they can't get AIDS from
engaging in oral sex or various other sex related diseases. They are
wrong. For example, if one person has bleeding gums or any kind of cuts in
those mouths--they can get AIDs and various other sex related diseases.

I don't disagree with anything you have said. I am just looking for an
explanation why condoms are being used only for penetration. If they
are not being used for safe sex then why use them at all?

They are, um, "professionals." They choose their risks and rely on the
fact that oral sex is less risky than intercourse with regard to HIV.
But did you really expect to find safe sex on porn sites?

Unless HIV can be transmitted over the internet I'd say it's pretty safe.

Several of those porn stars have died. I seem to recall that there was a
famous guy named John Holmes (porn star) that died of AIDS.
Those porn stars are in it mainly for the money. They make shows that
appeal to people and they are NOT trying to make shows that will shown in
sex education classes. Most of the stars don't care about their health or
lives--they just want to make money and have great lives. Believe it or
not--many young people have this same attitude about life. I heard one
person on a tv show say that he only worried about today and did not care
whether or not he caught AIDS.

There is a philosophy called FATALISM and it is a form of DETERMINISM. You
may be able to do a google search on either of these terms. Both terms are
discussed in philosophy books used in colleges. There was once a song
called
"Live for today and don't worry about tomorrow".
There is a saying from the Bible about it:
Eat, drink and be merry since tomorrow you may die.

Don't get too carried away with it. It's really a pretty typical thing for
teenagers and even the 20-something crowd to say, and it's nothing new at
all. I heard the same thing 30 years ago. Hell, I probably even said it
myself when I was in my teens. Basically, they're just too immature to
really comprehend the concept of death and the finality of it. Most of them
grow out of it, but the unlucky ones who are presented with the reality that
they might die "right now" beg and plead for their life just as frantically
as anyone else.

I agree with you. In fact, the Bible clearly indicates that it was
happening in those days. God even destroyed two cities. The teenagers and
the adults were so corrupt that they wanted to have sex with two angels
that visited the cities. When I was in college, we were not allowed to
drink alcohol on campus or in the county where the college was located. On
many weekends--we would put our money together and buy lots of beer. We
would invite lots of girls and go to a park in the next county. We would
build a fire and have a great time. It was especially fun when the girls
all got drunk--I won't tell you the rest. This happened over 25 years ago.
It's much worse now day--the kids take all sorts of drugs that could
damage them for life or even kill them. Several local college students
have been victims of overdose situtations.

The correct term is always... safer
There's never zero risk.
Here's a collaborative blog about
the strategy of getting tested together before having sex

This is, however, extremely rare.
On the other hand, many *other* venereal diseases are spread quite
readily by oral sex.

These are my opinions only, but they're almost always correct.
"His staff loves to say Bush is a man who doesn't know the
meaning of the word 'quit.' Well, apparently he's not all
that conversant with the word 'shame' either." (Will Durst)
