Any advise on useful on-line resources for a family doctor (15 years) who has given up his practice and working in rural hospital ER.  Ideas might include on-line interactive emergency or trauma care practice scenarios.

1) When you post to a news group, use plain text, not HTML formatted text.
Plain text is easier to read, especially for those with visual problems or
who are blind and saves bandwidth.
