When they say you have to take acetamenophen or ibuprophen "with
food", what do they mean? Does it have to be protein?
Why not just buffer the pills with either gelatin or chalk antacid?

You want to have something in your stomach to get them diluted and
moved.  NSAIDs cause gastric bleeding.  Large prolonged local
concentrations are a bad thing.  The COX-2 jobs don't cause gastric
bleeding, they cause cardiovascular failure.  It's something your
Social Security Administration needs anyway.

You want your tummy acidic.  Ionized molecules are often poorly
absorbed.
