IS there a way to become taller, I am 18 years old and am 5'8, which is a little below the average height. The booklet told people to tie a sting aroung the penis and hang a small weight (that came with the booklet) to the sting. The weight was suppose make the penis grow. The gov't eventually closed him down. This might be an urban legend but I have heard the story repeated by dozens of people over the years.
