Can a cancer of precancerous lump grow from nothing to 2/3 the size of
a pea in just 3 days, on the mouth cheek?
Can erythroplasia be 3 dimensional and smooth, or is it only flat and
velvety? I've seen the doc but he doesnt know what it is, but
leukoplasia/erythroplasia is his suspicion. I wanted to get whatever
info I could before seeing the maxfax dr, but googling just isnt making
things clear.
Thank you.

It is unlikely a lesion would have been noticed at the "nothing" stage,
so it is difficult to answer this question.
Leukoplakia is a clinical finding, but as such leukoplakia or
erythroplakia implies there is a suspicion of cellular atypia. In
practice, we can't tell this by looking--the lesion needs to be biopsied.
Most of these lesions turn out to be hyperkeratosis--analagous to a
callus on the skin.
If this is a pea-sized or smaller lesion, just get it removed. That
will give you useful information--googling will not!

Well, let's just say that if it's cancer growing at that rate, you have
just about a week before it eats your head.
