I had a colonoscopy about 14 months ago following a long period of internal
bleeding resulting in severe anemia, low Hg, below measurable iron, etc. Has
9 polyps removed (most large) of which 5 were "of concern".

Follow-up colonoscopy this week in which 5 more were removed and sent for
biopsy. Indications are that they are likely "of concern" again.

I'd appreciate some insights into what this recurrence may portend. Is this
growth likely to continue? Could it just stop and not happen again or is it
likely to progress to more serious problems in the future? Lastly, are there
any prophylactic treatments, diets, etc. which might be indicated?

Thank you in advance for your responses.
