If gall bladder is swollen,could you feel it?

If you gall bladder is swollen,would you be able to feel it when you bend
certain ways,kind of like there is a lump under your rib cage?

Yes, in some people...but this would usually only be possible if it were
acutely infected, tense and inflamed, and it would likely be VERY tender in
that case. If one is feeling a lump under one's rib cage on the right, it's
more likely to be the edge of the liver.
