Has postural proteinuria been eliminated?
Does the patient have a history of proteinuria?
Some individuals exhibit renal protein leakage which is not connected to any
renal dysfunction. A steady leakage which neither increases or decreases
over time is indicative of proteinuria which is not linked to any physical
malady such as hypertension, except with the possibility of kidney trauma at
some point in time. Others are just "normally" this way.
Depending on the amount of leakage it may or may not be cause for concern.
