Notwithstanding consulting with a medical professional, would like any
insights into the following.

Female, 47, otherwise in good health, experiences prolonged menstrual
spotting (daily for the last 30+ days).

Previously biopsy for indications of cancer negative. Uterine lining normal,
not taking any medications. History of heavy periods. Childbirth history 1
miscarriage with D&C, 2 natural childbirths and 1 C section (which delivered
a Trisomy 18 child) , 1 miscarriage without D&C (in that order).

Any information or links to sources greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Given her age, she is probably experiencing the joys of
perimenopause/menopause. It could also be dysfunctional uterine bleeding
or a host of other things. She can only be diagnosed after being
examined by a doctor.
