Just turned 30. Four days or so ago right gland in neck goes hard.
Still hard today. Two days ago I masterbate, second time in day. Have
to urinate immediately after ejaculation. Urination directly after
ejaculation is always painful at first. I'm sitting on toilet, penis
hard, pointed downward awkwardly, then the unexpected. Jolt, lightning
bolt of pain, knocks me off the toilet. I look in toilet and see blood.
Not urine mixed with blood. But thick, healthy pure blood. I look at
penis and see stream of blood from opening. I finish urination 20
minutes later. Some blood at first, then clear. I call doctor, he
advises I flush my system, come back if pain persists. Ever since I am
urinating regular. No problems. Still somewhat swollen gland. Is it
possible that position of penis during urination caused trauma?
Urination after ejaculation...normal if painful (for years)? Is my
doctor unndereacting? I am concerned.
