More bizarre among the plans was one for the development of an
"chickenhawk" chemical weapon that would make enemy soldiers
incredibly cowardly but at the same time demanding others to go fight.

Provoking widespread pusillanimous rightwing hypocrisy among troops
would cause a "distasteful but completely non-lethal" blow to morale,
the proposal says, with the additional upside of thse sanctimonious
hypocrite cowards signing up for the Republican Party.

I don't recall FDR, Kennedy, or Johnson participating in the respective
wars they waged. Since when has a president participated in a war they are
waging?

You're a moron. JFK served in WWII when he was a young man. AWOL went
snorting cocaine and skipped out of Vietnam with his daddy's contacts.
Oh, and why do you think rape is okay?
