Hi,
I'm taking a poll to see what type of complaints people have about
their doctor, the office, and the exam rooms.  I've been my fair share
of doctors office and I see definate room for improvement.

I'd love your thoughts and suggestions.  If you'd like some examples,
feel free to visit my blog at http://freemarketdoctors.blogspot.com and
take the poll at the bottom of the screen.

thanks,
josh

Accesibility and vailibity is important to me. when I need to see my
doctor, I need to see them in short time, not 1 month from the date I
call. Chemistry: I tend to follow their instruction if I like and trust
their advices.

Most important: they need to explain what they find and explain the
medicine how and what it does. Most doc keep diagnosis a medical
secret, they don't explain, just prescribe a drug unless you ask. They
think their patients are dumb.

Medicine is not a science. Most of the time the diagnosis is a
guess ie is it flu or a bacterial infection or early cancer of the
lung or bronchitis or allergy etc.
For doctors to spend time trying to explain each to a patient
would take a humoungous amount of time and give the patients much
anxiety , so most give an antibiotic or the best hunch and if the
patient doesnt get better they review it after a week .

What to dislike?

The time spent waiting.
The arrogant treatment.
The overcharging.
The fact he never listens to you.
The creepy feeling that doc is a drug addict.
