Can anyone tell me if there are sites that list symptoms, diagnosis,
and possibly treatments for a variety of health conditions?

***Or in particular, sinus and lung conditions.

I'm looking specifically for treatments that wouldn't require having to
go to a doctor.(But diagnosis is the important thing).
