have one of these interlocks in my car and it repeatedly fails me
when I'm not drinking. Now I have to go to court for probation
violations, trying to start my vehicle while intoxicated. There isn't
anyone who will believe me, but I was not drinking, zero. Anyone had
similar experience? I need to find any info on false positives or
defective devices, reliability. Going to court soon and Lawyers not
much help, he
doesn't believe me either

I have heard of conditions where alcohol is produced
involuntarily in the body.
Have them lock you up for 24 hours and test for alcohol via
breath having eaten your usual diet. If you are not positive
then the Drager Device might need recalibration. If you are
positive you might want to be checked for fungal infection of
the gut.
Lots of doctors don't believe in fungal infections in the gut
but it happens regardless of belief. It can be treated with various
antifungals... And you might have to give up on some easily fermented
foods. This sort of thing recurs frequently if the diet is not
corrected. Common culprits are grapes and dried fruits, rice, wheat,
corn, all sorts of candies, etc ad lib.
Only speaking of fungal infection from experience.
