What's up with my skin?

For some reason, a few years ago, someone was pressing down on my skin
and commented on how slow it takes for the white around the area touched
to go away (it can take minutes), and said person compared his skin and
pressed down on it, and the white spot went away in about 1 second.
Could the slowness of the white spots going away be a sign of something,
perhaps a nutritional deficiency? It's probably worth noting that my
cuts take several weeks to heal usually. I take a multivitamin everyday
and eat pretty decent (I guess).

Go back and reread old Google (stored) postings. Look for things like:
circulation to extremities, subcutaneous, etc.

Sounds like you need to target supplements to normalize your blood. Let me know
what you do and how it works for you.

I thought that was one of the ways to check for dehydration.

Piratus,

The way to check for dehydration: pinch [using your thumb &
fore-finger] the skin on the back of your hand. If your skin returns to
it's original position, you're not dehydrated. If your skin stays
pinched, you ARE dehydrated.
