fem of 52yrs suffer from severe migrain
bl.p. 130/80 nondiabetic liver&kidney functions r normal
complete bl.pic. is done and normal results
e.c.g is done also normal
little sinositit is seen on nose investigation
nothing else
normal analgesics seems no benifits
(ibuprofin,paracetamol,aspirin,declofenac...)
only ketrolac releives ! symptoms &ergotamine combined with caffeine
gives ! best result
! BIG PROBLEM APPEARES LATTER FROM GIT DISTURBANCE AND DEPENDENCE FROM
!ERGOTAMINE
IT SEEMS THAT 3-4 TABLETS 3 TIMES DAILY IS!LEAST DOSE GIVES ACCEPTABLE
BENIFIT
ANY GOOD ADVICE FROM A SPECIALIST ???????????
HOW CAN WE TREAT HER HEADACHE???????????
U WILL BE VERY SORRY IF U SEE HER IN HEADACHE...
