Amusing: See 'Avogadro's number' - you're going to be diluting this stuff for a looooonnnnnnng time, bro'. Also, see about solubilities of the chemicals you're diluting. Some things fall right through water but if YOU are likely, those substances may actually HANG ON to the occasional impurity found in distilled water (once beyond the distillery, it isn't THAT clean). Ultimately, you're method just provides tapering doses of the substance. It's better left to professionals specializing in substance abuse so they can scientifically reapply learned methods. Assuming you start at 1 M and make a 1-to-100 dilution, you'll only need to do it a dozen times (10^(2*12) = 10^24 dilution) and you'll reach Avogadro. In practice, 1 M is unrealistically concentrated for most biological substances so it's even easier. The same sort of sarcastic non-scientific crap was the reaction of many scientists to say relativity theories and other paradigm shifting discoveries/proofs etc. within western science. If it doesn't fit with what I am used to, you are an idiot, is hardly a rational path. It's an intuitive based approach, which is fine if your intuition is good and you don't think that you, as opposed to your opponents, are coming from a logical, reason based, scientific model.
