It's either a lipoma (fatty tumor), or a sebaceous cyst, or a hematoma, or a
rib cartilage, or fat necrosis or a malignant sarcoma of some kind. Or, it
could be something else.
In the absence of being able to see or feel this lump, an internet diagnosis
is completely impossible. See a doctor.

I have increased sharply milk intake. This this more evidence for what
you suggest? It shrank slightly.

No, it's not a "calcium deposit" and it has nothing to do with milk intake.
