I don't know if some carminatives prevent gas from forming or whether they
assist in evacuating it.
Try: Ginger tea, chewing anise seed or fennel seed.
pure silicone oil ("simethicone") helps to keep the gas in the faecal
matter, preventing it from forming gas pockets (The bloating
discomfort is caused by gas pockets). So you fart less and have more
frequent poop as a result.
Also, you can eat galactosidase ("Beano") which helps with some poorly
digestible polysacharides in food like legumes. Since you don't feed
microbes with poorly digested stuff, you fart less as a result.
Simethicone and Beano is OTC, but consult a physician.
