I'm male age 55, white, slightly overweight.
I have intestinal gas, bloating, slightly low iron and red blood count. My
doctor tested me for blood in stool, ran tube up my butt. Says I do not have
any cancer.
I am often a bit tired. My patience level for doing tedious chores, nowadays,
is very low. I can tell that -with age and chronic disease of some sort- my
personality is undergoing a change. I no longer have the patience to suffer
fools, bothersome kids, tedious chores, etc.
My skin is quite pale, though I get some sun. I do not bruise easily though. I
have some circles under my eyes, but my general appearance is quite good. Folks
tell me that I look to be 35 instead of 55. I feel my age though. I walk and
bicycle a few miles each day. At times, my legs will get quite tired. My blood
pressure when resting will go down to 100 over 55, pulse about 50 beats per
minute. I have no heart pains or problems that I know of. My blood oxygen is 99
percent.
What disease or syndrome do I seem to have? Anyone out other with similar
circumstances?

You might be hypothyroid. Would suggest you ask your doctor about this possibility.

What constitutes the other 1% of your blood?

Assuming you're not being sarcastic: He obviously means his blood
hemoglobin oxygen saturation is 99%.

Based only on what you've mentioned so far, my vote would be for
anxiety/depression.
