I'm facing surgery soon, and I'm trying to make the best informed choice of
doctors, surgeons and hospitals. I'm fairly well insured.
My primary insurer offers a tool for analysis of facilities,
http://bcbassoc.sqtool.com, for length of stay and complications rate.
Unfortunately, there's no data for hospitals in my state (Oregon), and the
closest out-of-state hospital has a complication rate 3.5x the average.
How do I find this data for Oregon hospitals?
Knowledge-based medicine is a nice idea, but it doesn't seem to be
available here.

Is that for your particular procedure?
