The "mental illness" scam !

Years ago I did some research into many of the forms of mental illness
and found that one key flaw existed...and that was that if, and i
repeat the word, if no organic cause for 'mental symptoms' existed
then the person was given a label based on some subjective analysis of
symptoms.

Now in some cases this might true, but the framework for this decision
contains within it one important flaw.  The flaw is that if science
cannot identify the organic cause, ie drug reaction or infection, then
the treatment and label are flawed.

I say this because many of the symtoms include intestional problems
that suggest a simple or complex intestional infection.

In the Lancet, it was noted that researchers had found a certain
bacteria that was considered responsible for the disease.  Well my
research suggests that this was always suspected by those in the
'alternative' field of disease treatement.

So why is this simple cause, and treatment for a variety of symptoms
being ignored....

The same is the history of treating ulcers.  For decades considered  a
psyhosomatic disease, that eventually was linked to another bacterial
infection.

So i would seriously suggest to those who know of people suffering
from a variety of symptoms....ie depression, irratability,
nervousness, paranoia, that perhaps, that perhaps the problem is an
unknown, or equally possible undetected bacterial infection.

Animal bacteria linked to Crohn's disease
Bacterium causes similar illness in livestock, researchers say

LONDON - A bacterium that causes intestinal illness in cattle and
sheep could also be responsible for Crohn's disease, researchers said
on Friday.

Crohn's disease is an inflammation in the small intestine that affects
about a million people worldwide. Scientists are not sure what causes
it but they suspect it is due to a reaction by the body's immune
system to a virus or bacterium.

-----------

IF YOU LOOK AT THE SYMPTOMS....THE CAUSE SEEMS RATHER APPARENT !!!

The treatment would be through the process of elimination.  If a
pharmaceutical drug or herbal treatment is useful in treating a wide
spectrum of  bacteria and if this improves the conditions, the
conclusion is rather obvious.

Has the business of treating symptoms, and or creating diseases
perhaps created a framework that is ignoring the obvious simple
solutions...?

The cause of Ulcers, and Crohn's Disease  will be the start of
hopefully a revolution in the treatment of illness...!

Just because one cannot see a cause for something does not mean that the
cause or the result does not exist.  For years it suspected that a tiny
germ existed, but it wasn't until the eletron microscope that a virus was
actually observed.

My observations are that much of traditional medicine, ie native or
old world medicine, relied on simple cause and effect...

Take this for that...why ?  Because it works....Why ?...Who really
cares !

I remember 'laughing' at Momma, forgive me Mom,  when she would utter
these simple great truths, and i thought how could a woman, with a
grade 2 year of education know this, when scientiests spending
billions and billions of dollars not know these things...

I guess Mom thought with her heart, and with concern for the problem
and found a solution...

Today we are looking for special interst solutions...pity !

The business of disease treatment seems to have over ridden Truth...

Here is a site dedicated to this most 'genius' of people...my
mother...
