Smelly Urine - a Symptom?

If someone has smelly urine but no other complaints, is that a symptom of some
illness or not?

With virtually no other complaints..... depends on what you are taking,
lots of vitamins dumping off in the urine or penicillins or opiates, all can
cause "smelly" urine.

Some foods cause smelly urine... especially asparagus.
