Can a nasal/sinus polyp cause an odd taste in the mouth? It's not an
unpleasant taste, like a decaying tooth or anything like that - more
like the aftertaste left by eating artichoke leaves, but saltier.

I know I have a polyp, as my doctor told me when I went into today to
with yet another sinus infection.

Yes, esp. if it's inflamed or infected.  Never heard the artichoke part
before.
