In Kent, Washington, there has been a raging controversy over a
school security policy of handcuffing the most "unruly and violent"
students until they calm down. In a district that is about 10% DAFN,
*most* of the students getting handcuffed turned out to be (gasp) DAFNz.
Naturally, the NAACP has sued, claiming the policy is racial
discrimination.

KING COUNTY - A group of Kent students say school security guards
roughed them up handcuffed them because of their race. The NAACP has
a $10 million claim against the school district. So far, the district
has not changed its policy.

"Security officers and our staff are able to use force to defend
themselves or to keep students from hurting themselves or other
students," explained Dr. Barbara Grohe, Kent Schools Superintendent.

But the district has decided to have an independent review panel decide
if the policy should change....They will present their report in about
three weeks....

Wonder if the panel would dare to tell the truth:  DAFNz have a genetic
tendency toward violent uncivilized behavior and that'z why they
require disproportionate handcuffing to keep order in school...

"hand in handcuffed muthaf**king hand..."
