I’m not sure if this is the right group but here goes.
About a week ago I started coming down with what I thought
was the flu.  My back and joints ached, I had a fever, I would
wake up soaked with sweat, not able to sleep and I had a vary
sore throat.  My tonsil was swollen on the left side with a pustule on
it also the entire side of my neck was sore down to my shoulder.  I
started taking amoxicillin and after 3 days my
throat pain started to reside.  Then I broke out in the worst case
of cold sores I’ve ever had,  I even had it in the divot between
my chin and lip.  It is now over a week later and the cold sores
are almost gone but then I woke up this morning with sore throat on the
right side.  Any ideas what I have?
