I was born this way, my mom said, like my dad. When I sit down and
touch my toes, my feet just fall sideways. When I walk they curve out.
When I run, they straighten out people tell me.
Is there anything that can fix this?

What does your doctor say about this?

Go see a doc and get a diagnosis. Diagnosing medical issues over the
internet is chancy at best.

One more item. Many problems like yours can be fixed. It all depends on
if you want to go through the aggravation.
Sort of like the guy that had six fingers and refused to have the extra
digit removed. "It is mine and it doesn't hurt so why should I have it
removed?"
