No, you have NOT learned from an experience. You just shallow analyzed it.
Oils are lubes and has useful functions. Fish oil(which contrain omega3
brain lube) and olive oil can help with good colestral.
I personally believe things like sausages are good for people. It provide
skin material as well as joint material and probably calcium. Of course
they sell them in vitamin form as glucosamine or collogin etc.
You are living proof that fats werent that bad for a human, chances are you
been taking 10 times the healthy amount of so called "bad" stuff for half a
centry and still live and under 200lbs.
Lets say it took 40 years and you were overweight by 20lbs. All the junk
you did only contributed 0.5lbs per YEAR in excess or divide that by 365 and
you get like 0.001lbs weight gain per day.

Your body get rids of just about EVERYTHING. My guess is that body cant
digest 50%, plus body uses food to build/repair/function as well as fuel.

Up to you, but once you got desirable weight (and were able to keep current
metabolism), you only need to cut back 10-20%.

Think about this.... what happened to the 90% of food you used to buy.

Wrong. EVERYONE is able to crash diet for 2 days. Problem is, great
majority triggers subliminal starvation alarm and ends up eating more after
they go off such crash diet.
IF a

Probably true, but fast is nothing more than crash diet.

Wrong. Fasting for long periods are probably unhealthy.... and if you eat
small portion, it is technically NOT fasting but "dieting". And yours is an
example of CRASH DIETING which only works ok for probably way less than 10%
of people in long run..
