With the majority at universities now being women , 70% in
medical schools ! , many are marrying very late or not at all .
Far better to get eggs frozen at age 18 , which can then be used later
on or donated to others . Child bearing is possible till age 60 , but
only if the eggs are young or frozen. Maybe the govt should make it a
law for all girls intending to go into further education at 18

Yes, what a crisis it will be if the world population growth slows and women
get educated.

Given India's overpopulation problem, a better law would be forced
sterilization after having one kid.  A good start would be the
outlawing of fertility treatments.  A woman from India gave birth to
octuplets after taking fertility drugs (in real life, not just on the
Simpsons).

No  , a better law would be to impose a 3 child limit per
woman. Hindus especially in south india have already zerp pop growth ,
its the Muslims who are doubling every 15 odd years . By 2020 over 50%
of Hollands births will be Muslim , and soon other eu countries will
fall to islam as the whites are not even replacing themselves

the right thing to do for mr. bush for his war on terror would be to make
medical schools mandatory for girls in mommedan countries.
