knee pain

Today running around, i very very slightly hurt my knee by turning my leg
the wrong way. I subsequently felt sharp pain in the soft part just below my
knee cap everytime i tried bending my knee too far. What is the cause of
this etc?

The cause is probably turning your leg the wrong way when you're
running around! Try to avoid it. Also try to avoid bending your knee
too far as that often causes problems.
