Hey People,
I have a rather embarrasing problem, so I guess I've avoided going to
my family physician so far.
Between my scrutum and the anal area, I have a tiny lump (feels like
something hard under the skin). I didn't care about it much, but for
almost 2 weeks I've been having a sensation in the muscle that we use
while urinating/ejaculating (I'm sorry I don't know what its called).

I can't call it pain, just a sensation, but its there...

Additionally, starting recently, I have a dull pain in the lower left
abdomen. I feel there is a relationship between this dull pain and
ejaculation, but I'm not sure.

Should I be concerned about this?
Which doctor should I go to (eg. Skin specialist, surgeon etc.)?

Any advice is welcomed.

Go see your regular primary care doctor (if you don't have one, get one).

And note, of course, he neglects to mention his age, as if it doesn't
matter whether he's 20 or 80.
