As a cost-saving mesure by the Bush
administration, all 911 emergency phone
calls will go through India starting at 12:01
a.m. Saturday, Aug. 1.

The new phone number is 91-84-877-3049.

Please be patient. Calls will be answered
in the order in which they are received.

Why would Bush want to employ a cost-saving measure when he can just
charge everything and let the next administration (or generation)
settle the bill?
