This material is for "grown-ups" in a sense and isn't too dumbed down for the unwashed masses. As I recall it best to save some of the early talks until last. I saw the lecture about one and half weeks ago, so I don't remember it in detail but the central message is that vitamin D deficiency is common all over the world; sufficient vitamin D would reduce the risk of many diseases (osteoporosis, diabetes, many cancers, infectious diseases, hypertension, some skin diseases, MS); and much higher doses of vitamin D are needed than what the official recommendations currently are. Nothing new actually, but the lecture is very convincing and well presented.
