Why is exercise good for the mind as well as the body?

I think it's because if you sit around doing nothing, your mind will
wander and then God knows where it will go.

Why else is exercise good for the mind?

Hmmm, I don't seem to have a problem with my mind
wondering...Tangerine wears a book collar....I mean, I don't exercise
it every day.....Oh cool, that VFD display uses blue green segments,
just like my Speak and Spell did.....but I have not experienced......I
want to wear a tall buttoned and huge shirt collar like in the
Renaissance days.....my mind wandering.

Exercise stimulates DHEA which is used by the brain and the rest of the
body.
