Procsar - dull pain in testes?

Hello! I need help and advice!
I'am 28 years old and I'm using a Proscar (finasteride) tablets due to
treatment hairloss during last one month.
Now i have dull pain in left testes and in groin for a last two days.
I have been read that it is common side effect due taking finasteride and it
takes away for couple of days.
Also I have a temperature 100F (38Celsius). My sperm i coloured brown and I
am very worried!

What I need to do? Am i need to take some antibiotic? Please help me!

See your Urologist. Where did you get the prescription?
I don't believe anyone here is a doctor that can diagnose a problem from
written text..

I have been taking Finasteride (Proscar) for over one year.
I have had a brownish particulate in my urine from the
beginning. It has a slight odour and it stains the toilet bowl.
My dosage is 5mg daily. As for the "dull pain in left testicle
and groin," I have had a variety of pains, cramps, and hotspots
since the start of this prostate therapy. These sensations
don't follow a pattern except for the sex dreams which happen
roughly once a month. I presume the 2 hotspots below the
navel during these dreams are "ghost ovaries."
