My mom has been battling pain in her hand and finally she lost movement
in two fingers.  She switched doctors and the new doctor and his team
determine that the nerve running down her left arm needed to be
re-positioned to relieve pressure points.  She had surgery yesterday;
when she returned home she could already move her two fingers!  As I
didn't talk to the doctor, I am wondering what this procedure was: how
did he determine where to re-position the nerve, can the nerve move
back?, and anything else.  I think this treatment is amazing and my 73
old Mom is pumped.

TIA,
Dan

Sounds like she had an ulnar nerve transfer. You can google that for more
information.

    Wow--a post about an apparent medical success story--I can scarcely
believe my eyes!
