What's wrong with American healthcare? A big part of it is medical
schools.

All you have to do is find out what the incomes of these doctors were say
fifty or sixty years ago (adjusted for inflation of course) and what they
are making now, to have the answer to the quesiton you are asking....  And
that leaves out the part about malpractice claims and the problems that
causes for those in the profession, and the simple fact that these guys and
gals are being pushed to the limit to see more and more patients in a
shorter and shorter period of time....
