nearly every day (especially in the morning or when its cold), my fingers
(and sometimes my toes) will become all white. it looks like there is no
blood in them when this happens. it feels tingly, like when your foot is
alseep. i'm 5'4" and 104 lbs, though I doubt it is a problem related to that.
I have a history of anemia.
what could this be?

Sounds like Raynaud's syndrome. One should rule out secondary causes
for adequate treatment options. Time to go in and get checked for
those causes.
