I am really scared I have never had anything like this before. My right ear
feels very weid, like it is watery, but at times it makes these weird sounds.
I have noticed the last couple of days I have been dizzy and very jittery.
Can anyone help?

You have an ear infection, go see your doctor.

I have never had ear infections before, what if it is related to a tumor or
something else more serious like my heart?

Thats why you need to see a doctor! Just because you have never had an
ear infection doesn't mean that you can't get one.
