Hi, this may be a stupid question, but is it normal to have lesions on
the surface in the back of the throat? I look at my throat under a
light and found that the surface in the back is not smooth but has a
couple of lesions.  The are not
of any unusual color and not very visible, but i can feel the
uneveness of the surface with my finger.  Is this normal?
I also saw a couple of whitish spots below that.  I haven't seen any
changes there in the last several weeks but asking just in case.

Thanks a lot
Yev
