Hi

if someone can send me this article I would thank him/her a lot, my
college library doesn't have it

Hm, don't you have the citation?? It makes it easier to find an item
if we know the citation. You say your library doesn't have it; surely
that means you know the citation.

We don't have that journal.

If no one responds here, a couple of other suggestions, which you may
or may not know about...

Try to email the author. It can take a little sleuthing to find an
email address, but sometimes is not too hard. (Look for another paper
by same author; find web site for their institution.)

Ask your library to get it for you. They can. Procedures vary, and
there may be a cost -- probably less than getting it from the journal,
web page. Costs nothing to ask them.
