Or depends it of our body constitution?

Enough so that you're not thirsty.

These so-called rules about "8 glasses per day" (for example) are just
medical urban legends.

I beg to differ.

They are not "medical urban legends."

Rather, they are "urban legends." The legends have no basis in medicine
or medical science.
