yes, you can have influenza without congestion (I assume you mean nasal
congestion).
However, chances are you don't have inlfuenza, assuming you're in the US
(you have a US RoadRunner IP address). The flu season is in the winter
and early spring.

You need to get a blood test asap. It could be something very bad.
Flu symptoms without congestion in non flu season doesn't sound good.
What medications or supplements are you taking? Some on an empty
stomach can make you ill. For instance if you take them before bed on
an empty stomach they could sit in your stomach all night. I don't
think that is it though. Get a blood test...

There are thousands of blood tests. To determine what's going on, you
must see a physician. If you have a low grade temperature That can be
FUO (fever of undetermined origin) until some type of diagnosis is made.
There are many many scenarios that can present with flu-like symptoms
and low grade fevers. A doc would be the one to order necessary blood
work.
Don't fool around with the internet - call your doctor ASAP.
