I have been having headaches, mild and lasting only a few seconds, several
times a day. They are always on the right side. I have had a CT scan
and MRI scan which were normal. And I have seen a neurologist, who could
find nothing. So there is no diagnosis.
Any suggestions?

What an intriguing syndrome. I wonder why no medical reader is taking
on this
case.

Look into Transcient Ischemic Attacks. This is one of their symptoms and
might be what's causing your odd headaches. Good luck.

Have any of the doctors you have seen discussed your lifestyle (what
you eat, where you live, etc?)
This could be (I am not saying it is) an allergic reaction to
something. Are there times when it does not happen? Are there places
where it does not happen? Does it occur in relation to the ingestion
of liquids or foods?
Do you drink caffeinated sodas or coffee?
Do you live in an area where chemicals are produced or piped into the
air?
How much water do you drink daily?
